    No, this isn’t some cute or fancy name for a new take on storytelling or writing. This course is exactly what it says – about the writer’s diet. Writing can not only be one of the loneliest crafts, but getting lost in your story, in your characters’ heads, can also be one of the unhealthiest – sitting for endless hours, drinking coffee and sodas, eating snacks (and not actual meals). Admit it – we’ve all done it. In this first-time-ever session at Story Expo, learn from a licensed dietitian how you can not only eat healthier, but eat foods that’ll improve your alertness, energy and creativity. You’ll learn tips on simple changes to your daily diet that’ll have lasting impact, as well as learn how to make quick meals that won’t take you away from your writing. And no, you don’t have to shop at Whole Foods or some other high-end market to eat healthy. Learn how to eat right, and eat well, on a tight budget.
